UPM Serdang, February 16, 2024 - The Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, UPM, is pleased to announce the reappointment of several key individuals within the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication. These appointments aim to further strengthen the management of the faculty and enhance the quality of teaching and research. YBhg. Associate Prof. Dr. Hazlina Abdul Halim has been reappointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication for a period of three (3) years, starting from February 1, 2024, until January 31, 2027. Additionally, several individuals have also been reappointed as Deputy Deans of the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication for the same period, namely three (3) years, starting from February 15, 2024, until February 14, 2027. They are as follows:

1. Associate Prof. Dr. Adi Yasran Abdul Aziz - Deputy Dean of Academic and Student Affairs
2. Associate Prof. Dr. Zalina Mohd Kasim - Deputy Dean of Graduate Studies and International Affairs
3. Associate Prof. Dr. Akmar Hayati Ahmad Ghazali - Deputy Dean of Research, Industry Networking, and Community

The reappointment of these individuals is expected to provide a fresh impetus to the management of the faculty and contribute to the development of education and research at UPM. UPM also extends congratulations and thanks to all the appointed individuals for their commitment to the academic development and excellence of the faculty.
