Putra Experience Visit to Malacca, The Historic City

JANUARY 8, 2025, MALACCA - On January 2, 2025, 21 international students participating in the Putra Experience program for the 2024/2025 session visited Malacca, the Historic City. The visit was accompanied by Dato' Dr. Abdul Mua'ti @ Zamri Ahmad and Dr. Wan Anita Wan Abas.

The main destinations of the visit included the Malacca History Museum and the Malacca Palace Museum, which are significant symbols in illustrating the glorious history of Malaya and the development of Malaysian culture. At the Malacca History Museum, the students had the opportunity to trace the history of Melaka as a renowned international trading center in the 15th century. Meanwhile, the visit to the Malacca Palace Museum gave them insight into the life and administration of the Melaka Sultanate, full of customs and traditions.

This visit not only aimed to strengthen international relations but also provided the students with an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the origins of Malaysia's culture, traditions, and history.

This activity became an interactive and meaningful learning experience, where the students were able to appreciate the rich heritage of the country, which forms the foundation of Malaysia's identity.
