UPM SERDANG – Congratulations to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abd Rauf Hassan, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), who has been named the Tokoh Maulidur Rasul 1446 Hijrah for the state of Selangor.

This award is given in recognition of his contributions to the development of Islam, particularly in his efforts to compile various mushaf al-Quran with guidelines on waqaf and ibtida', which facilitate the understanding of Quranic recitation.

We, the Management and Staff of the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, extend our heartfelt congratulations on this achievement. May this success continue to inspire Muslims and students in advancing the spread of knowledge.
