UPM SERDANG, May 19, 2025 - The First-Level EKSA Evaluation for the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK) 2025 was successfully conducted on 9 May 2025. The evaluation was carried out by two invited auditors from MyAgeing, UPM, namely Madam Askina Aziz (Assistant Registrar) and Madam Nurul Asyikin Mohd Taib (Assistant Administrative Officer).

 

Throughout the evaluation session, the auditors inspected and assessed the working environment across all areas of the faculty, including administrative offices, lecturers’ rooms, meeting rooms, lecture halls, common areas, and other support spaces. Particular attention was also given to filing aspects, including the organisation of file management systems, adherence to standard labelling practices, and the systematic and neat storage of documents.

 

The evaluation was based on compliance with EKSA principles and practices, covering elements such as cleanliness, organisation, labelling, safety, a conducive environment, and document management.
