UPM SERDANG, JULY 7, 2025 – The Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), welcomed a visit from the Terengganu State Secretary’s Office on July 4, 2025. The purpose of the visit was to discuss potential collaborations in designing and implementing joint programmes.

The delegation included YBhg. Dato’ Haji Tun Ahmad Faisal bin Tun Abdul Razak, Director of Lands and Mines, Terengganu; Encik Azizul bin Ab. Hadi, Division Secretary (Human Resource Management); and Puan Samihah binti Muhamad Yunus, Assistant State Secretary (Training), from the Training and Career Unit.

FBMK was represented by YBrs. Dato' Dr. Abdul Mua'ti @ Zamri Ahmad, FBMK Consulting Fellow; Puan Saliza Mustafa, Chief Administrator, FBMK; and Dr. Julia Wirza, Head of the Department of Communication, FBMK.

The discussion, held in a warm and constructive atmosphere, opened up significant opportunities for strategic collaboration between FBMK and the Terengganu State Secretary’s Office, particularly in the areas of training and professional development for state civil servants.
