
UPM SERDANG, MAY 21, 2025 – The Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), Universiti Putra Malaysia conducted a benchmarking visit to the Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang) on 20 May 2025 in conjunction with the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA). The visit began at 10.00 a.m. and took place at the Auditorium of Taman Tasik Cyberjaya.
The EKSA briefing was delivered by Ms. Zuhaileen binti Abdul Rashid, Assistant Director of the Corporate and Public Relations Unit and EKSA Coordinator of MPSepang. The FBMK delegation was then taken on a tour of the office space of the Landscape Department, Sepang Municipal Council Library, and Cat Park @ Cyberjaya as part of the EKSA best practice sharing session.
Also present during the visit were the Director of the Landscape Department, Ms. Arefah binti Rahim, as well as members of the EKSA Main Committee of MPSepang, who provided further insights into the EKSA implementation in their respective zones. The main objective of the visit was to gain experience and inspiration to enhance EKSA implementation at FBMK, particularly through the systematic and sustainable approaches successfully carried out by MPSepang.
Sincere appreciation is extended to MPSepang for their willingness to host the visit and share valuable experiences. It is hoped that this visit will strengthen collaborative ties and serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement in EKSA implementation for both agencies.
