Dato' Prof. Dr. Mohd Roslan Sulaiman, Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and witnessed by YBhg. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hazlina Abdul Halim, Dean of the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, UPM. The session was also attended online by YBhg. Dr. Ir. Hilarius Bambang Winarko, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universitas Bonda Mulia, Indonesia.

Meanwhile, the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UPM and TV AlHijrah Media Corporation, as well as the Consortium of Malaysian Universities (CMU), took place at the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, UPM. The ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato' Prof. Dr. Mohd Roslan Sulaiman, Vice-Chancellor of UPM, and witnessed by YBhg. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hazlina Abdul Halim, Dean of the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, UPM. YBrs. Tuan Haji Namanzee Harris, Chief Executive Officer, represented AlHijrah Media Corporation, while YBhg. Datin Seri Audrey Loke represented the Consortium of Malaysian Universities (CMU).
