
UPM SERDANG, MAY 21, 2024 - The Office of the Deputy Dean (Academic and Student Affairs) organised the Industrial Training Briefing held at Za'ba Hall, Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). This briefing was specifically for final-year students for the First Semester of 2024/2025.
The sharing session conducted by Dr. Tham Jen Sern, FBMK Industrial Training Coordinator, provided various important inputs that need to be considered by students who will undergo Industrial Training. Dr. Tham emphasized critical aspects that students need to take into account, including early preparation, work ethics, and how to utilize industrial experience to enhance skills and knowledge.
This briefing aimed to ensure that students have a clear understanding of the process during their Industrial Training. It also provided an opportunity for students to ask questions and gain further clarification on any uncertainties they might have.
With this briefing, it is hoped that students will be better prepared and able to undertake their Industrial Training more confidently and effectively, thereby enhancing their employability after graduation.
