UPM SERDANG - On October 22, 2024, the Series of Knowledge Discourse Program titled "Comparative Literature: An Introduction" was held at the Za'ba Auditorium, Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). The event took place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and involved 70 participants.

The lecture was delivered by the invited speaker, Mr. Maulfi Syaiful Rizal from the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia. The session was chaired by Dr. Nur Fatiha Fadila Abu Bakar.

This program is a manifestation of the collaboration between Universiti Putra Malaysia and Universitas Brawijaya in promoting literary discussions between the two countries. The program successfully provided inspiration and useful guidance to participants, particularly in approaching comparative literature.
