UPM SERDANG, May 3, 2025 – The Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), Universiti Putra Malaysia conducted an Internal Audit of the Responsibility Centre (PTJ) for the Quality Management System MS ISO 9001:2015 on 28 to 29 April 2025.

The audit, led by Ms. Arba’ah binti Md Salleh from the Institute of Bioscience, aimed to assess the effectiveness of the faculty’s quality management system implementation, ensure compliance with the MS ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements, and strengthen the culture of quality in academic and administrative management.

Throughout the audit, all faculty members provided commendable cooperation, including in document preparation, quality record updates, and active participation in audit review sessions and interviews.

This audit represents one of FBMK’s key initiatives to ensure its quality management system remains relevant, effective, and aligned with current higher education demands.
