UPM SERDANG, January 10, 2025 – The Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), organised a session on Industrial Training Briefing and Industrial Sharing at the Za’ba Auditorium, FBMK, UPM, on 8 January 2025. The session began with an industrial training briefing by Dr. Mohammad Noor Salehhuddin Sharipudin, who provided a comprehensive explanation on the preparation and execution of industrial training, including aspects of evaluation and industry expectations.

The session continued with an industrial sharing segment featuring Ms Rose Hazeline, Group Corporate Communication Manager at KMI Healthcare, as the invited speaker. She shared her professional experiences and insights on the current industry requirements, as well as offering useful guidance to students on how to showcase their potential during their industrial training.

This briefing and sharing session aimed to expose students to the realities of the workforce and help them make effective and excellent preparations for their industrial training. It is hoped that the briefing will raise students' awareness of the challenges of the real job market and better equip them with relevant knowledge and skills.

The implementation of such programs reflects FBMK's commitment to ensuring that UPM graduates remain excellent and competitive in the industry.
