UPM SERDANG - The Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), organised the French Immersion Programme from 7 to 9 November 2024. The programme involved participation from two schools in Kuala Krai, Kelantan: SMK Sultan Yahya Petra 1 (SMK SYP1) and SMK Sultan Yahya Petra 2 (SMK SYP2).

The programme aimed to expose students to communication and collaboration skills through group activities and a theatre performance in French at the Za'ba Auditorium, FBMK. This theatre performance provided students with an opportunity to use the French language creatively, boosting their confidence in public speaking.

It is hoped that this programme will have a positive impact on enhancing students' language, communication, and creativity skills while fostering stronger relationships between the students and teachers involved.

Thank you to all parties for their cooperation and commitment in making this programme a success.
