UPM SERDANG, APRIL 2, 2024 - With great pleasure, the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK) extends congratulations on the reappointment and new appointment as Department Heads for a period of three (3) years starting from March 1, 2024, until February 28, 2027.

1. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nik Rafidah Nik Muhamad Affendi is appointed as the Head of the Malay Language Department.
2. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arbaayah Ali Termizi is appointed as the Head of the English Language Department.
3. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abd Rauf Hassan is appointed as the Head of the Foreign Language Department.

Congratulations are also extended to Dr. Julia Wirza Mohd Zawawi on her new appointment as the Head of the Communication Department within FBMK.

The trust placed in these new leadership roles is a recognition of their ability to lead and advance their respective fields. FBMK hopes that each new Department Head will lead the Faculty towards even greater achievements during their tenure.

Congratulations once again to all involved in these appointments. May FBMK continue to thrive under both the new and existing leadership.
