1 June 2023-Internal Audit of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) MS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Year 2023 Held at the Faculty of Modern Languages & Communication
Today, June 1, 2023, the internal audit of the information security management system (ISMS) according to MS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards took place at the Faculty of Modern Languages & Communications. This audit is part of the teaching evaluation scope at the faculty.
In this audit, Mrs. Juita Md Tahir, a certified auditor, was responsible for implementing the internal audit process. Puan Juita is the Chief Assistant Registrar at the Faculty of Forestry and Environment, and her involvement in this audit made an important contribution to information security at the Faculty of Modern Languages & Communication.
This internal audit aims to assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of the information security management system (ISMS) that has been implemented at the Faculty of Modern Languages & Communication. By complying with the MS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard, the faculty strives to ensure that sensitive information and data handled in their systems are adequately protected.
Puan Juita Md Tahir has performed the audit carefully and professionally. This internal audit involves investigating important aspects of the information security management system, including security procedures, security incident monitoring, data protection, as well as the implementation of measures to prevent unauthorized access.
By performing internal audits of the information security management system (ISMS) periodically, the Faculty of Modern Languages & Communications demonstrates their commitment to compliance with high standards of information security and data protection. This step also helps create a safe and reliable environment for students and staff at this university.
