EKSA UPM Handbook

The EKSA introduced since January 2014 is a rebranding of the Amalan 5S in the Public Sector, which is one of the initiatives towards enhancing the quality of government service delivery. This rebranding step is in line with the current changes and requirements that consistently emphasize the improvement of organizational performance and competitiveness, while further promoting a culture of creativity and innovation within public sector departments/agencies.
