
We all face the days when we find ourselves dealing with fatigue and what feels like an impenetrable block of ideas.
The thought of starting something new, generating different ideas, or approaching something from a different angle feels too difficult.
Economist, John Maynard Keynes, said: "The difficulty lies not in developing new ideas but in escaping from old ones." The difficulty of letting go of old ideas is especially pronounced when you are tired, your motivation is usually lower, and thinking about fresh ideas feels elusive.
