The meaning and the word "passion" are certainly not unfamiliar to us today. Often, we hear colleagues changing jobs with the reason that their previous work did not align with their interests.

Working in a field that matches one’s interests is a dream for many, especially for fresh graduates stepping into the workforce. When we can work in an area that aligns with our passions and talents, a sense of fulfilment emerges. In fact, if we work with enthusiasm, exhaustion and fatigue will not feel as overwhelming because we truly enjoy what we do.

However, discovering "passion" in a job is not an easy task. It requires a long journey, and each individual will find it at a different time.
