As parents, we always tell our children about the importance of having leadership skills. We tell them about the stories of great leaders and what makes them great. We also share the decision making process with them and involve them as well.

A good opportunity to sow the seeds of leadership is when we organize events at home, for example, birthday parties. Even though we are still in the midst of a pandemic, we can still plan for one.
