
UPM SERDANG, April 15, 2025 – The Malay Language Communication Test (UKOM) for the 2024/2025 academic session was successfully conducted at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Bintulu Campus, Sarawak on 12 April 2024.
UKOM is an important assessment that is mandatory for students as one of the graduation requirements at UPM. The test aims to evaluate students’ proficiency in communicating effectively, clearly, and accurately in the Malay language, in line with the university’s aspiration to produce well-rounded graduates who are capable of communicating competently in both professional and social contexts.
Congratulations and well done to all students at UPM Bintulu Campus who have taken the test. It is hoped that the upcoming UKOM results will provide a clear reflection of the students’ command of the Malay language, further enhancing their academic excellence and personal development.
