UPM SERDANG - Congratulations to the staff of the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), UPM, for achieving great success in the Semarak Merdeka Program 2024, organised by the UPM Cultural and Arts Centre. Among the awards won include:

1. Overall Champion of the Semarak Merdeka Program 2024, UPM
2. Champion of the Jalur Gemilang Flag-Waving Competition
3. Runner-Up in the Semarak Merdeka Poetry Contest Inter-PTJ – Mr. Suhairey Shah Mashara
4. Eighth Place in the Inter-PTJ Choir Competition
5. Best Social Media Visibility (Special Jury Award) - Jalur Gemilang Flag-Waving Competition Inter-PTJ
6. Best Costume (Special Jury Award) - Inter-PTJ Choir Competition
7. Best Theme and Concept (Special Jury Award) - Jalur Gemilang Flag-Waving Competition Inter-PTJ
