UPM SERDANG, FEBRUARY 10,2025 – The Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), conducted a Site Audit for the Retention Audit of the Master of Malay Language (MBM) programme by Coursework (MSKK) on 6 February 2025. The audit process took place in ISO Room 1, FBMK, with the objective of ensuring the programme's quality and compliance with the established academic standards.

The audit was conducted by the audit panel, Associate Professor Dr Maslinda Yusoff from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), with support from the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), UPM. Throughout the audit session, various aspects were reviewed, including interviews with academic and administrative staff, students, and alumni to gather feedback on the programme. Additionally, the panel examined relevant documentation and conducted a site visit to the facilities to ensure the programme meets the required quality standards.

The faculty extends its deepest appreciation to all parties who contributed their cooperation throughout this audit process. It is hoped that the outcomes of this audit will further strengthen academic excellence and enhance the quality of the Master of Malay Language programme at FBMK, UPM.
