UPM SERDANG, JUNE 6 2025 – The MICOLLAC 2025 FAIR, organised by the Department of English, was successfully held from 3 to 6 June 2025 within the faculty grounds. This programme aimed to raise funds to help cover part of the expenses for organising MICOLLAC 2025, an international conference hosted by the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, Universiti Putra Malaysia.

In addition to being a fundraising initiative, the fair also provided an opportunity for academic staff, students, and entrepreneurs to contribute their efforts and expand their business potential. A variety of exciting activities and sales booths received an overwhelmingly positive response from the faculty community.

The MICOLLAC 2025 FAIR also succeeded in introducing and promoting MICOLLAC among students and staff, thereby raising awareness and interest in the upcoming conference.

This programme stands as a testament to the fact that strong collaboration within the faculty can lead to the successful realisation of both academic and community-driven initiatives.
