JANUARY 8, 2025, PORT DICKSON, NEGERI SEMBILAN – The Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), held a three-day KPI Achievement Review Workshop for 2024 and KPI Target Setting for 2025 from 3 to 5 January 2025 in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. The workshop, involving the FBMK management team, aimed to assess the achievement of work targets for 2024 and formulate a strategic plan for 2025.

Throughout the workshop, various issues were discussed, including the faculty's achievements in 2024, the challenges faced, and new strategies that need to be implemented to enhance the quality of teaching, research, and services for both students and faculty members. Additionally, the main focus was on planning to strengthen the direction of the faculty and ensuring that the faculty’s agenda for 2025 is implemented in a more structured and effective manner.

This workshop represents an important step to ensure that the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication remains competitive and meets the long-term objectives set, while benefiting all faculty members and the academic community at UPM.
