SERDANG, 13 July – Efforts to preserve Selangor's traditional architectural heritage continue to be strengthened through the construction of the Selangor Long Roof House at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Serdang.

The ground-breaking ceremony for the project was officiated by the Selangor State Housing and Culture Exco, Datuk Borhan Aman Shah, as a result of collaboration between the Selangor State Malay Custom and Heritage Corporation (PADAT), UPM and Selangor State Permodalan Berhad (PNSB).
