Many of us may have experienced the difference between a cheerful talent expert who invites you to a position available compared to others where the interaction is merely transactional and to "fill" the position.
When an interview is scheduled, on one hand, the hiring manager explains the role, informs you of who you will meet, and provides you with all the information you need to succeed. If there is a lack of clarity about the role and how the organisation can harness our potential to progress rather than just "serve" current needs, there is a serious issue.
