UPM SERDANG, APRIL 15, 2024 - On March 30, 2024, the Malay Language Communication Test (UKOM) for the Academic Session 2023/2024 was held at Academic Complex E, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Nearly 800 UKOM candidates successfully attended their examination sessions. YBhg. Prof. Dr. Ismi Arif Ismail, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & International) of UPM, also attended to monitor the implementation and progress of UKOM for this session.
The implementation of UKOM on the first day of the 2023/2024 session was attended with enthusiasm and dedication from the candidates and relevant parties. The assessors and UKOM personnel were also appreciated for their cooperation in making the first day of the examination a success.
This examination is an important step in assessing communication skills in the Malay language for the involved candidates. It is hoped that the results obtained will reflect the candidates' abilities and readiness in communicating in this language.
As an educational institution responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of examinations and academic performance assessments, UPM continues to ensure that examinations and academic performance measurements run smoothly to ensure high-quality education. Hopefully, the results of this session's UKOM will provide positive benefits to all involved parties.
