Pre workshop preparation of Job Description and Myportfolio HRPortal system and HRMIS (Acting General Dean Series 1)

The preparation of job descriptions and MyPortfolio in the HRPortal and HRMIS system is intended to collect information about responsibilities, employee affairs and areas of duty of each staff in the office. Among the important aspects that should be included in the job description are the scope of duties, staff responsibilities and staff portfolio.  

 

In this regard, a pre workshop on the preparation of job descriptions and Myportfolio of HRPortal and HRMIS systems for implementing staff under the supervision of the Chief Administrator of the Faculty, Puan Saliza Mustafa. This pre workshop is also held in stages according to the supervision of their respective officials.
