UPM SERDANG, APRIL 5, 2024 - The Workshop on Assessment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the fourth quarter of 2023 at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and the Analysis of the UPM Strategic Plan 2021-2025 was held on January 23, 2024. Therefore, the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) has directed that each faculty should develop effective initiatives and strategies to enhance KPI achievements in the field of research and innovation for the period 2024-2025 in each Responsibility Centre (PTJ).
As a result, YBhg. Prof. Dr. Zamberi Sekawi, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) of UPM, conducted an Interaction Session and Working Visit to the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK) to share PTJ initiatives and strategies for 2024-2025 on March 26, 2024. The working visit was also attended by the management of FBMK and FBMK lecturers.
The interaction session and working visit aim to strengthen collaboration between the university management and faculties in setting concrete and effective measures to achieve KPI objectives in the field of research and innovation. The presence of Prof. Dr. Zamberi Sekawi in the session provides an opportunity for FBMK staff and lecturers to share ideas and propose suitable strategies to ensure that UPM remains at the forefront in research and innovation.
It is hoped that the outcomes of this interaction session and working visit will provide positive encouragement to FBMK and the entire university community to achieve the goals set in the UPM Strategic Plan 2021-2025 and enhance UPM's research and innovation performance in the future.
