Career Enhancement Workshop for FBMK Staff 2019 (Management & Administration and Implementation)

On 18th – 20th January 2019, the Faculty of Modern Language and Communication organized a Career Enhancement Workshop for its staff (Management & Admininistration and Implementation) in Sentral Hotel, Melaka. The workshop aimed at enhancing the relationships between the senior and incoming Management & Implementation personnel as well as to increase the staff’s understanding of the faculty’s vision and direction. The achievement of these objectives hopes to empower the faculty in reaching a 5 Star rating in recognition of its Management and Administration excellence by 2020. The workshop  was officiated by the Dean of the faculty, Professor Dr. Abdul Mua’ti@Zamri Ahmad. Among the agenda of the workshop included the 3rd Non-Academic Officer’s Meeting (Bil. 1/2019) to discuss arising matters and solve issues pertaining to the role and responsibilities of the staff involved from more holistic approach; group activities such as building structures representing the positions of each unit within the faculty, Explorace in Bandar Hilir, and visitations to historical sites.
