Years ago, taking care of my health and well-being was on my priority list. I ate well, generally got enough sleep, and did some exercise. Nothing was perfectly balanced, and it wasn't humming along flawlessly.
I often cancelled gym sessions due to meetings or late-night snacks because I didn't eat well during the day. Unfortunately, it took me time until I started working for myself to realize that this approach wouldn't work. Why? I eventually came to the realization that work wouldn't be done effectively if my health wasn't functioning. They were not loosely correlated but highly interrelated.
